I’m new to breathwork — is this for me?

Yes. We start with foundations and build progressively through the day, with guidance and pacing.

Is there a medical screening?

We’ll ask a brief check-in at the start. If you have conditions listed in the contraindications, please consult your physician and inform us on arrival.

Refunds / transfers?

Tickets are transferable. For refunds, contact us at least 7 days before the event.

You breathe 20,000 times a day.
